GMHA Impact House, an initiative of GMHA FOUNDATION (“GMHA FOUNDATION”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), provides event registrations and training programmes through its website.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to payments made for event registrations and training programmes offered through GMHA Impact House.
By making a payment through the website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to payments made through the GMHA Impact House website for:
Event registrations
Training programmes
Workshops or other paid programmes offered through GMHA Impact House, where applicable
2. All Payments Are Non-Refundable
All payments made for event registrations and training programmes are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully completed, the participant cannot cancel the registration or request a refund.
No refund will be provided for:
Change of plans
Personal or professional commitments
Inability to attend
Non-attendance
Travel-related difficulties
Failure to use the registration or training access
Change in circumstances after registration
Any other reason initiated by the participant
3. Non-Attendance
If a participant registers and pays for an event or training programme but subsequently does not attend or participate, the payment will remain non-refundable.
Failure to attend does not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, transfer, or other monetary compensation.
4. Registration Is Non-Transferable
Event and training registrations purchased through GMHA Impact House are non-transferable.
A participant may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise give their registration or access to another individual.
5. Cancellation or Postponement by GMHA FOUNDATION
GMHA FOUNDATION reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or change an event or training programme when reasonably necessary.
This may occur due to circumstances including operational requirements, venue availability, trainer or speaker availability, technical issues, government restrictions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of GMHA FOUNDATION.
Payments will remain non-refundable in the event that an event or training programme is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise modified by GMHA FOUNDATION.
Where an event or training programme is rescheduled, GMHA FOUNDATION may communicate the revised schedule and other relevant information to registered participants through the email address provided during registration.
6. Event or Programme Changes
Event schedules, venues, speakers, trainers, programme structures, session timings, and other arrangements may change after registration.
Such changes do not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
GMHA FOUNDATION will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered participants.
7. Payment Processing Issues
If a payment is unsuccessful, the registration may not be confirmed.
If an amount has been deducted from a participant’s account but the registration has not been confirmed, the participant should contact GMHA FOUNDATION at:
The participant may be required to provide transaction details, payment reference numbers, or other information necessary to investigate the payment.
Where a payment has genuinely failed or has been duplicated due to a technical or payment-processing issue, GMHA FOUNDATION may investigate the transaction and take appropriate action based on the payment status and applicable circumstances.
8. Refunds for Payment Errors
The non-refundable nature of event and training registrations does not prevent GMHA FOUNDATION from correcting an accidental duplicate payment, erroneous charge, or other payment-processing error where such correction is appropriate.
Any such correction will be assessed based on the relevant transaction records and circumstances.
9. Taxes and Refunds
Registration and training fees displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes may be charged in addition to the displayed fee.
Where a refund or payment reversal is legally required or otherwise approved by GMHA FOUNDATION, the treatment of applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant transaction.

By completing a payment for an event or training programme through GMHA Impact House, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy and understand that payments are non-refundable and registrations are non-transferable.
