GMHA Impact House is an initiative of GMHA FOUNDATION and provides offline events and training programmes for registered participants.

This policy explains how online registrations and payments are processed and how participants receive information required to attend the relevant event or training programme.

1. Online Registration

Registrations for GMHA Impact House events and training programmes are completed online through the website.

Participants are required to provide the information requested in the registration form and complete the applicable payment process.

2. Payment Confirmation

Once a payment has been successfully processed and the registration has been confirmed, the participant will receive registration-related information at the email address provided during registration.

This may include:

  • Registration confirmation

  • Event ticket or pass

  • Event date and time

  • Venue details

  • Training programme details

  • Instructions for attending the event or training

  • Other information relevant to participation

3. Offline Event and Training Participation

GMHA Impact House events and training programmes covered by this policy are conducted offline/in person, unless otherwise specified on the relevant event or programme page.

Online payment and registration provide confirmation of the participant’s registration. They do not constitute the delivery of a physical product.

Participants are responsible for attending the event or training programme at the designated venue and time communicated by GMHA FOUNDATION.

4. No Physical Product Delivery

GMHA Impact House does not sell physical products through the website.

Accordingly:

  • No physical product is shipped to participants.

  • No shipping or delivery charges apply to event or training registrations.

  • The registration is fulfilled through confirmation of the participant’s booking and provision of the relevant event or training information.

5. Failure to Receive Confirmation

If payment has been successfully completed but the participant does not receive a registration confirmation, ticket, pass, or other relevant event information, the participant should contact:

Participants should provide their name, registered email address, event or training programme, and payment/transaction reference, where available.

6. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate registration information

  • Providing a valid email address

  • Checking their email, including spam and junk folders

  • Reviewing the event or training information provided to them

  • Arriving at the designated venue at the specified time

  • Following any instructions or requirements communicated by GMHA FOUNDATION

7. Registration and Refunds

Registration for events and training programmes is subject to the GMHA Impact House Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All payments are non-refundable, and registrations are non-transferable, subject to the terms of the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
